Social Media and Pharmaceutical Marketing

On several occasions in the past, I have posted here on the need for pharmaceutical companies to embrace new and social media, along with several suggestions for doing so.

One of the perceived barriers to the involvement of pharmaceutical companies, as a highly regulated industry, has been the thought that there is too much regulatory burden associated with new and social media.

But I’m happy to say that a new white paper addresses these issues – "Connecting with Patients, Overcoming Uncertainty", has been published by Fard Johnmar, founder of Envision Solutions, LLC on his Envision 2.0 blog, authored jointly by envision solutions, TNS Media Intelligence/Cymfony, and the law firm Seyfarth Shaw, LLP

The white paper can be downloaded free of charge with registration, and in addition, the authors will be holding a Webinar for which you can also register on Tuesday, September 11, 2007.

Check it out.
